Compact hot water boilers ZVB II are intended for burning with wood pellets. They
are intended for hot water heating (radiator, floor, fan coil…) from the smallest to
medium-sized buildings. They are of steel construction, modern design and high ef-
ficiency. The boilers are equipped with a burner for burning wood pellets with an
automatic ignition function and turbulators with manual cleaning.
The digital boiler regulation with a 7″ touch-sensitive screen controls the operation
of the boiler via the flue gas fan controlled by the smoke and boiler water tempera-
tures. The boiler regulation, in addition to the boiler, can control one mixing or direct
heating circuit and one sanitary water circuit with recirculation, i.e. a maximum of 3
pumps and one mixing valve. It is possible to order a fuel level sensor, an addi-
tional larger tank with a conveyor belt that automatically replenishes the tank in the
boiler, a module for additional heating circuits and room correctors or thermostats.

DELIVERY OF PELLETS
It supplies pellets independently using a screw
conveyor and ignites them using an electric
heater.
EQUIPPED
Factory installed pressure switch, flue gas tem-
perature sensor, safety thermostat, electrical
safety, safety valve, reduction motor and auto-
matic vent valve.
SAFETY DEVICES
•
Pressure switch: It controls the pressure in the smoke duct. It blocks the pellet transporter in case the drain is blocked or
there are significant counter pressions.

Flue gas temperature sensor: This sensor is located on the upper part of the fan and if the flue gas temperature is too high,
it will stop the operation of the boiler.
•
Safety thermostat: Safety thermostat with manual reset for the water temperature.
•
Electrical safety: The Boiler is protected against violent surges of current (ex. lightnings) by the main fuse which is located
on the control panel at the rear of the boiler.
•
Safety valve: This valve acts to prevent over pressurization of the hydraulic system.
•
Reduction motor: If the motor stops, the boiler continues to function until the flame goes out for lack of fuel, and until It
has cooled down to the minimum level.
•
Automatic vent valve: This valve eliminates the air inside the boiler and of the heating system.
